Fairways is open all year round with a few exceptions - please see below.
Monday to Friday - 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
Saturday - 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
Sunday - Closed
Pre-arranged drop offs and collections only - 11.00 am to 3.00 pm.
May and August Bank Holidays - Closed.

Drop off and collection times are within the opening hours above and need to be agreed in advance, as every effort is made to accommodate each customer's preferred times. If you are unable to meet your pre-arranged time, it is important that you contact Fairways as soon as possible, as it is likely that more than one customer will be dropping/collecting on the same day.
For bookings where an early drop off or late pick up is required, please arrange to book your cat(s) in for the necessary additional days.
For situations where the above times are not suitable, please contact Fairways to discuss.
Fairways is open for visits during the above hours (except for Sundays) but please ring first. Pre-arranged appointments preferred to allow sufficient time for the visit.
Kirsty encourages you to visit before booking to ensure Fairways is the right place for your cat(s) and you. A compartment can be allocated at the time of viewing and all necessary booking forms can be obtained at this time. Confirmation will be issued upon booking and all necessary paperwork will need to be completed and returned prior to boarding - see Terms and Conditions. No cat(s) can be boarded without the relevant up to date vaccinations and evidence provided.
